About Meghan
A Lifelong Journey of Healing, Rooted in Ancestral Wisdom
Meghan Nowland is a fifth-generation healer, herbalist, and midwife who has spent over two decades studying plant medicine and more than ten years supporting women through birth, loss, and transformation. She is the daughter of Kebbi, granddaughter of Starlight, and great-granddaughter of Madame Butterfly — a line of fierce, intuitive women who healed through instinct, nature, and resilience.
Growing up as the fifth of fourteen children, Meghan’s early life was anything but easy. She faced a host of health issues — digestive problems, PCOS, infertility, hypothyroidism — that conventional medicine couldn’t resolve. Her path to healing required more than herbs; it required facing deep trauma and breaking generational patterns.
Through years of study and self-exploration, Meghan:
